Most orders deliver within 1-3 business days. Items transferred from USA can take up to 7 business days. Pre-order deliveries vary.
Orders placed by 4pm ET Monday to Friday are processed that day, except for federal holidays. All other orders are processed the following business day.
Some orders may require additional validation that can take 24-36 hours, which may delay delivery.
What about duties and taxes?
We eliminate the guesswork for you. All applicable taxes and duties are included in your order total at checkout.
Is expedited delivery available?
We deliver your order as fast as possible so you can get out there and enjoy your shoes. Expedited delivery isn’t currently available.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday–Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.
Orders can’t be delivered to PO boxes, re-shippers or package-forwarding services.
You orders arrive within 10 days.
Refunds include the total value of any returned items. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.

WHAT IS RETURNS POLICY?
We design our shoes and gear to help you perform at peak level, so if they’re not working exactly right for you, we’ve got you covered. We give you 30 days to take your Nike purchases for a trial run, confidently knowing you can return items (some exceptions apply) for any reason within those 30 days. That includes custom You sneakers. Even after 30 days, you can still return items if they’re unworn and unwashed.
And remember, returns are always free—just make sure you sign in during checkout.

Can I exchange a Your order?
The best way to exchange an order is to simply place a new order for the item you want and return the item you already have.
How do I return a defective or faulty product?
If your item is potentially defective or faulty, and it’s been less than 30 days since your shoes purchase, simply return the item. If it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, please contact us to return the item.
When will I receive my refund?
It can take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed.
Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. It will take a maximum of 14 days from when the logistic provider received your parcel until the return is processed in our warehouse. Even if the tracking link shows that your return has already been received by us, we may need this time to process your return. It will then take up to 5 days before you receive your refund.
For credit card refunds, the refund date could appear on your statement as the time of purchase or the time of refund.
For PayPal refunds, you can define in your PayPal account whether the amount should be forwarded to your bank account. If your PayPal account is closed, we reserve the right to refund you on your bank details.
Paying with PayPal
If you choose payment by PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the ordering process.
If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in to your account there with your user details and make the payment. If you’re new at PayPal, you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then complete the payment.
Payment will usually be registered within a few minutes and your order will be instantly processed.
